Second Activity

Following with the "Smiling Mind" application, the students will conduct a guided meditation session, called "surfing our emotions". Before starting this activity, they will have to take two deep breaths. During the activity, there should be silence and the arrangement of the students will be circular, sitting on the floor, to listen to the audio. After finishing the activity, we can talk about how they have felt and if it has helped them to regulate their emotions. In addition, it will be explained that this tool can be used in moments of stress, such as moments before an exam.
